Esther resided at the Rubber Chicken Forest at the Twisted Oak Winery in California. She was taken home and enjoyed herself until she saw her twin sister's photo on an egg carton. Eunice was sent to New York to be with Esther. At first they did not get along as Esther was used to traveling alone. Now they travel together. The family expands adopting Ethel Louise at Chix R' Us and taking in Marilyn, a kleptomaniac, and Minerva, who have recently adopted baby Mildred.

ON TO SANTA PECKSA
Leaving Hendocino County and off to Santa Rosa, which we renamed Santa Pecksa, located in Henoma County. Esther and I went to the Tides restaurant located in Bodega Bay. That was the setting for the movie, "The Birds" by Alfred Hitchcock...we tried to re-create the scene with those three friends.
From there we went to another animal place. This one is called Safari West. Different from the preserve. A lot more species of animals. But it's not like when you sit in your car and animals come up to you. You have to go on a jeep and then they have to keep stopping to open and closed the gates of groups of animals.
Before you take the jeep tour, there is a walking tour kinda like animals at a zoo. The only one you get to walk through is the aviary.
Time to check into the Melitta Station Inn. Loved the place. Guess who was also staying there! We had breakfast with Merle and the owners.
After breakfast we explored the Charles M. Schulz Museum where there was loads of stuff on the cartoon strip Peanuts. This was great!
