I know it's been some time since we posted. So much happens and sometimes not enough time to do it. Most of our episodes are on Merle's facebook page. Marilyn and Minerva have been doing much of the traveling around. Here are some updates of where they went and mostly what they ate or drank.
They had gone to Shake Shack and brought home leftovers. I think one of them might be a bit tipsy from that stein of beer.
It was Merle's birthday and her friend Nancy asked to have them join her in celebrating. Marilyn was looking to steal the plates!
Celebration continued when Merle's niece, Dawn, came to visit. We went on a ferry boat from Rockaway to Wall Street. Josh and his assistant met with us. Dawn made a new friend as Deveka brought her with us. After the boat ride we ate at a place called Thai Rock. Marilyn was again about to steal something....Minerva stopped her.
They went to a restaurant called SHI. It's Asian fusion. I think that they both imbibed....sake. They met the manager, Chan.
Esther resided at the Rubber Chicken Forest at the Twisted Oak Winery in California. She was taken home and enjoyed herself until she saw her twin sister's photo on an egg carton. Eunice was sent to New York to be with Esther. At first they did not get along as Esther was used to traveling alone. Now they travel together. The family expands adopting Ethel Louise at Chix R' Us and taking in Marilyn, a kleptomaniac, and Minerva, who have recently adopted baby Mildred.

KEEPING BUSY IN NEW YOLK
I haven't posted in awhile. Thought I'd let you know what Eunice and I are up to.
A few weeks ago, we went to an art exhibit. The artist's name is Nina Edwards and she is a fashion artist. She had her art placed in the window of a space provided by a local group. It was very pretty and we met a few nice folks as well.
Another art thing going as we went to a sneak peek at an installation called Rewoven. This fiber art thing will be held at the art gallery of Queensborough Community College.

This past week we went to the Rockaway Artists Alliance. We then went out to eat at a place called Thai Rock. New friends and very friendly sharing their food with us.
Today we went to Ben's Best Deli and met the owner Jay Parker.

ALLORA IS ALLURING
Eunice and I went to a new Italian restaurant called Allora located at the Bay Terrace Shopping Center in Bayside, Queens. We gave Marilyn and Minerva the night off and took both children, Ethel Louise and Mildred.
First we toasted the evening with a drink made by the mixologist call Galera Sappore. Very tasty. We met him later on at the table.
Yes, we ate.
We also met Chef Steve
They pulled up a high chair just for the babies who had some Detroit Style Pizza
Great food and drinks here!
